CHARACTER POWDERS (test on fabrics before use). These powders are used to create particular effects. PLAINS DUST looks like real dirt...the brown stuff. Clings to skin but washes off easily.  ASH POWDER subtly distresses face, body or costumes in a pale dust tone.  CHARCOAL POWDER smudges on the face for that classic "grease stain". Rub into cuticles, knuckles, and fingers for greasy skin. Lightly apply around wound for powder burns.
