RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return/exchange the item(s) within 7 days from the day your purchase arrives.

There are no returns/exchanges on wigs, makeup, teeth, hosiery, masks, or special order items ie: mascots.

 All shipping charges are non-refundable.

All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us and the shipper immediately upon inspection.

All returned/exchanged items must be in new unused condition, including all their parts and pieces in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if we suspect the item has been used. In such cases you would be responsible for return shipping.

During the Halloween season, from October 8th through November 5th, there are no returns/exchanges for any reason.

To initiate a return/exchange either call us at 480 948-4030 or email us at info@mardigrascostumeshop.com giving us the reason for the return. If approved a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued with instructions on how to make your return.

All items must be returned within 7 days of the initiation date via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to insure that we receive your package. You must write your RAN clearly on the box.

Items returned with out a RAN, a traceable delivery method or beyond the 7 day return period will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
