About the Costume
Our Pseudolus is here shown wearing a white tunic over red longjohn shirt with blue bloused pants and a headroll giving him that certain "comic air" desirable for this character.

About the Character
Pseudolus is a scheming slave who will do anything to achieve his freedom. He plays matchmaker for his young master Hero, cons a Roman Centurion Commander, and matches wits with his owner's domineering wife ... all of which leads to a great "Comedy Tonight".

About the Costume
Hero is wearing a short white tunic trimmed in gold with a small white drape to emphasize his youth and innocence. He is also wearing sandals that buckle up the legs and a metal laurel wreathe.

About the Character
Hero is the son of Senex and Domina and master of Pseudolos who falls madly in love with the young, virginal courtesan, Phillia.

Senex is a member of the Senate who is much put upon by his domineering wife, Domina and constantly baffled and bewildered by family slave, Pseudolos.

We have dressed Hysterium in a bright pink tunic with gold trim and belt.

About the Character
Hysterium is the head slave in the House of Senex but usually does as Pseudolos directs him. Hysterium has a hidden collection of "erotic pottery" and Psuedolos uses this knowledge to blackmail Hysterium into helping him.

Erronius is the next door neighbor of Senex who has spent the last twenty years looking for his son and daughter who were kidnapped by pirates when they were infants.

About the Character
Miles Gloriosus is the epitome of the bragging soldier in his position as Captain in the Roman army.
